Meet Muriel, the Deva Diva
​Muriel Christonai, the Deva Diva, finds the experience of human-ing enthralling. She is an original thinker and keeper of a global vision for a more harmonious world, sounding a note of the intrinsic sacredness and unity of all beings, including the Earth Herself. ​
A mother, wife, singer-songwriter, creative entrepreneur, ceremonialist, rockstar poet, and author, Muriel co-creates with plant spirit allies and Devas to manifest Love. Her life's mission is to make conscious the work of the Devic Kingdom.​

Muriel's music transmits healing frequencies, carrying mystical resonances. Combining meditative and feathery vocals with classical and world instrumentation, including piano, harp, shruti box, flute, native American flute and drums, crystal bowls, and increasingly groovy basey beats, her soothing sounds invite listeners to a profound sense of spiritual connection and experience of majesty.

From around the age of 16, Muriel began an earnest quest to answer the questions ‘what is life about, and what is my role in it?’ She followed these threads to Glastonbury U.K. where she resided for more than a decade, steeping in the Arthurian energies of the Isle of Avalon and the sacred mysteries of water and nature communication at the Chalice Well World Peace Gardens, where she worked as co-founder of the Chalice Well Essences. During this time Muriel also created her first album 'Angelica', and embarked on a tour of the UK and Ireland with Neale Donald Walsch, author of the ‘Conversations with God’ book series.

Muriel released her follow-up album ‘Golden’ and continued to receive opportunities to share her music with a wider audience. She sang for author Wayne Dyer at Hay House in London, and headlined at spiritual events around Europe.

Muriel returned to her homeland of NZ in 2014, spurring a phase of deep personal growth. She deepened her work with the Devas and plant spirits and studied the science of sound, completing a Healthcare Musician Qualification and a Master’s Degree in healing music. Her studies resulted in the release of meditation album 'Alcyone', and the soulful ballads of 'A Soft Place to Fall'.

Muriel continues to expand into greater levels of wholeness and love with her husband, children, and floof-dragon dogs at the Moerere Wellbeing Sanctuary. There she makes essences which she is preparing to launch to help other humans connect with Master Plant Teachers, and creates music, including present collaborations with Fraser Browne of NZ band Paper Cranes, and U.K. composer Dominic Beeton. Muriel talks to the spirits of the land daily, and is weaving her conversations into book about the Devas.
She is passionate and optimistic about humanity's awakening, and the potential for aligning with the spiritual forces of nature to co-create a version of Earth governed by Love.

We can each stand within our own Sovereign light. Love guides us along our own unique pathway, and all are free to live in the light of the Love that guides them.
When it is not Love that guides the movement of energy, we aim to meet it with Love, to harmonise it back into its right place in the Oneness, and we call for the origin of suffering, separation, and darkness, to flow back into the primordial core of the Mother.
Sacredness
We honour the inherent Sacredness within all things, within each and every moment - the ever present, highest forces of Love, of Divinity within and around us. We support cultivation of the Sacred, that all is well in us, outside us and flowing everywhere in between.
