Pathways of Love
-Weaving healing threads in painful times -

I’m being nudged to share some things for those going through a hard time right now, and those who are bearing witness to the pain of others, whether in their lives or on the global stage. These pearls are from the Devas, and I’ve been applying them in my life.

1. On a daily basis, invite the Universe to open new pathways of Love.
When we call in new pathways of Love, whether for ourselves, others, or the planet, we invite the web of Life to flow its energy in new ways. It’s literally a call for Grace that can mobilise helpers, seen and unseen—people, animals, plants, and other spiritual allies. They can’t interfere without us; they await our invitation.

2. Love yourself through your hard time.
Sounds obvious, but really, be your own best friend. How would you treat yourself if no part of you was wrong for being as it is, for feeling what you feel?  You don’t deserve to beat yourself up. None of us do. Even the part that holds the whip—meet it with Love. If needed, ask the Universe to support you in holding ALL parts of yourself super gently, as best as you can; to lead you back to your inherent innocence and worth. This is love at an elemental, alchemical level.

3. Send Love to the source of the suffering.
This one is a biggie and a game changer. I’ve heard it said that all pain is a cry for help. We don’t have to consciously know what the root of our or others’ pain is—where or when it originated from. Simply casting a prayer to meet the source of the pain with Love, to every piece of every part that is hurting, does magical things. Again, we're working at elemental levels here. Quantum physics is beginning to show that we can change the past, and the psychic ripplings of sending Love BACK in time is at the heart of ancestral healing through family constellation therapy and other modalities.  At the deepest spiritual levels, we are ALL related, and connected through the web of Life. It’s all one, and you are it, so send Love straight to the heart of any call.

These streams of Love won’t take the pain away instantly - you might feel some cushioning, a softening, and a sense of movement, one step at a time, into a brighter place.

To all those in pain: may new pathways of Love open up for you. May you meet pain with Love and never forget your innocence and worth. May Love embrace the source of your suffering,  and may you remember the lattice of Life into which you are interwoven.
