This process of so-called ascension, of raising our frequencies, is one of the realisation of God - of the remembrance that this level of existence exists and we can attune ourselves or dial ourselves into it. Like tuning a radio into precisely the frequency that we need and seek at this time. It's like the frequency of our own secret Source that no one else knows the recipe to - only we feel, and know, and see, and sense all these energies flowing within us at any one given moment of time, and our free-falling back to Source, into what we most deeply need in any moment, will take a different form for each being.

For some this full reconnection to Love only happens when we die physically. We leave our bodies and are returned to these pristine vibrations. But it is possible to do this during your lifetime also - Through the practice of surrender, as if you are falling deeply, all the way into the core of the Earth, into a heart that is bigger or greater than your own, and yet with which you are in perfect resonance - like there is a greater Love that holds you, that overlights you, that is totally for you and your highest good, for the deepest joy of your heart in any moment. This is how we can experience life when we attune to the greater whole around us, that does hold us in our everyday lives.

And yet how many of us are even aware that this level of support is available to us?

As an experiment, how about trying a daily practice of attuning to this greater whole? To just spend a minute with it - breathing, watching, letting it run its course through us?

 

These are a series of attunements for the Soul - for the Soul receiving into matter all of the devic frequencies that build its pattern, its shape into form - Our Divine design realised as a human.

These are the constant upgrades many of us have been receiving over the past years.
For some of us it's been decades of, shall we say, 'strange' or not-understood spiritual processes unfolding in our bodies and our lives - intuited sidesteps, fruitful cravings, and thoughts that literally landed in our laps.
