Muriel Christonai creates music as a field of resonance - a sanctuary designed to recalibrate the spirit. Her compositions and vocal transmissions open a gentle doorway, inviting the listener to return to coherence, soften into the body, and attune to the deeper harmonies already present within.
Her sound is both ethereal and deeply embodied, blending meditative vocals with piano, orchestral textures like harp, and the grounding pulse of indigenous instruments - shruti box, Native American flute, and crystal bowls. Her recent work introduces richer, rhythmic textures that mirror the heartbeat of the Earth.
With over thirty years of meditation practice and formal postgraduate study in the healing power of sound, Muriel works consciously with frequency, entrainment, and nervous system regulation. Her heritage as a performer includes international tours through the UK and Europe alongside Neale Donald Walsch (Conversations with God).
Currently, Muriel is birthing her most aligned work to date in collaboration with producer Fraser Browne (Paper Cranes). This new chapter includes the imminent release of high-fidelity singles and the Soul Spaces documentary - a visual immersion into the intersection of Soul and Nature.
