DDDeep Dive - Winter Trinity Experience

A sound current wishes to emerge through the Earth here, like a pulse of Love moving through water.

This is a one-day immersive Winter retreat for women who feel called to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within.

Winter invites us to turn inward, into the cave of inner knowing - away from the noise, urgency, and expectations of the outer world, and into the darkness where deeper connection and alignment are present.

This is a Winter Deep Dive to align with the seeds the Earth wishes us to tend over the coming year.

Like the rhythm of a plant - seed, sprout, flowering and fruiting - we gather at the turning of the Earth’s cycle to listen and receive what is ready to grow.
A day of sound, stillness, reflection and deep listening.

Throughout the day we will journey through three interconnected pathways:
- Sound and Music Transmission: Live voice, invocation, guided meditation, and Devic sound currents to support deep relaxation, nervous system settling, and inner opening.
- Master Plant Essence Attunement: Working with a Deep Dive Trinity of Cacao, Mushroom, and Rose Essences to deepen relationship with Master Plant Allies and support greater coherence within the body, heart, and subtle field.
-Embodied Earth Immersion: Forest connection, stillness practices, nature attunement, and an optional cold-water river initiation in the crystalline Waipapa River.

This is a space of direct experience in which to remember your own natural way of listening, sensing, receiving, and communicating with the living world.

Held by Muriel, The Deva Diva - healing musician, Essence creator, and guide whose work weaves together plant consciousness, nature-based practices, and sacred sound as a doorway of remembrance.

The DDDeep Dive unfolds at the Moerere Wellbeing Sanctuary, on the land in Whakamarama, held between our rustic Nature Temple, native Kaimai forest, and the flowing Waipapa River. The land itself is an active participant in this experience.

(We may finish around 3-3:30pm. You are welcome to stay for a cuppa and chat.)

Please Bring:
* Something nourishing for shared lunch
* Warm, weather-appropriate clothing
* Drink bottle
* Blanket
* Something comfortable to lie on (eg yoga mat)
* Towel and togs/change of clothes if you wish to enter the river

This is an all-weather immersion and will only be postponed in the event of severe weather warnings. Nature does not require perfect conditions to reveal her wisdom.
