    International Shipping

    We currently ship to Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.

    Shipping costs do not include local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

    If customs charges apply, your parcel may be held until these are paid. If you choose not to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, a refund will be issued for the products once they arrive back in good condition (shipping fees are non-refundable).

    Breakages & Damaged Parcels

    We take great care in packaging your Essences, as they are fragile, glass, and precious.
    If your order arrives damaged or broken:

    • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

    • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Lost or Delayed Parcels

    If your parcel seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected window, get in touch. We’re happy to help track it down and make sure it reaches you.
