How to Activate Your Trinity 
The Trinity is a living field. While you can work with each essence individually, these sets are designed to be braided together to create a specific frequency shift.
 
Three Ways to Work with the Synergy:
The Combined Chord (Synergy): For a full-spectrum shift, take 2 - 3 drops of each essence together in a single glass of water or under the tongue. This blends the three energies into one harmonic chord.
The Intuitive Pulse: Listen to your body’s rhythm. You may feel called to one ally in the morning (e.g., Sananga for clarity) and another in the evening (e.g., Rose for heart-holding). Trust the tug of the Deva (Plant Spirit).
The 21-Day Alignment: To exit a deep-seated 'matrix' pattern or stabilise a new state of being, work with your Trinity consistently for 21 days. This allows the vibration to saturate the emotional and energetic bodies.
