A gentle branch of the Tabernanthe lineage, this Deva is the "Sister" to the fierce initiation of Iboga. Where Iboga is the solar fire of rapid transformation, Mannii is like Divine lunar fire - the Feminine, pearlescent equivalent that holds the ancestral wisdom of West Central Africa (particularly of the Bwiti tradition) in a soft, yielding expression. She acts as a cosmic mirror, reflecting all that has been buried in the shadows so it can arise, soften, and be reconciled in a light like the full moon.
 
This is a steady, lunar tenderness that guides our awareness to the roots of our pain - to the places in us where we are like a plant that was suddenly uprooted, interrupted, our connection to the the Earth severed. As a root-medicine, Tabernanthe is the anchor for the uprooted - those whose bitterness stems from a loss of connection.
